Summer 2024 - Important Deadlines for Incoming Students
This page is your go-to resource for all critical dates and deadlines you need to keep track of as you prepare to join our vibrant community. We understand that transitioning to college life can be overwhelming, so we've organized all essential deadlines to ensure you don’t miss any important steps in your journey to becoming a Bobcat.
- April 16th - Orientation Registration opens
- June 7th - Deadline to sign housing contract for transfer students
- June 12th - Orientation registration priority deadline for First Year Students and Transfer Students
- June 24-30th - Online course registration for incoming first year students.
- July 1st - Postmark deadline for Final, Official transcripts
- July 1st - Deadline to submit supporting documents requested by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships and to complete all requirements listed in your checklist at myconnect.ucmerced.edu
- July 15th - Official test scores due in the Office of Admissions
- July 29th - Deadline to submit UC SHIP waiver
- August 1st - Submit Health Waiver (if applicable)
- August 16th - Fall Semester and Orientation Fee Payment Deadline
- August 21st - Tuition and housing fees must be paid at MyBill at myconnect.ucmerced.edu
- August 22-25th - Fall Move-In Day
- August 28th - Proof of Immunization, submit to Student Health Services at health.ucmerced.edu
- August 28th - First Day of Fall Instruction
