Spring Registration
Registering for Orientation Online:
1. Have your UC Merced username (i.e. hsmith) ready along with your password, and student ID number. Click on the "quick register online" link on the left under the registration menu.
2. Complete the online registration process. Re-check to make sure all information is accurate before submitting. Click submit.
3. Check your UC Merced email for a confirmation of your registration and a free printable parking pass for your orientation day. Check your UC Merced often for other orientation updates.
Note: Registration changes are subject to availablity. Changing your registration details on closed orientation dates may prevent you from submitting changes for this orientation date even if you were previously enrolled in this date.
Submitting Official Documents:
The official documents which we must receive by January 6, 2010 include transcripts (high school and/or college), test scores, AP score reports, etc. If you have questions about your arriving official documents, check my.ucmerced.edu or contact UC Merced Admissions 209-228-4682 or toll free in California at 866-270-7301.

Submitting Payment for Orientation:
Once you complete registration, orientation fees will be posted to your UC Merced student account 24 hours before your orientation date and must be paid in full by the spring 2010 payment deadline. Payment may be made through mybill.ucmerced.edu. It is the responsibility of you, the student, to pay all orientation fees by the payment deadline.
